When sending out confidential documents for review or a signature to
anyone located anywhere in the world, would it be helpful to your organization if you could do so in an
electronically secure environment from a personal computer using any common browser? Do you think that
by having the capability of digitally signing documents you could accelerate the time it takes to
close a deal, gain access to funds, authorize a contract, etc. in a matter of minutes?
Secure Delivery: Our encrypted document delivery service,
Activate Secure Authentication System Courier Service™ (ASAS™), gives Internet Explorer and Molliza
users the ability to send documents in a secure environment. ASAS™ is a Browser-to-Browser
service that does not require hardware or software installation on a user's PC. Documents
of any type up to 2 Gigabytes in size can be sent to an unlimited number of users.
With our Digital Signature Service, users are able to sign legally binding
documents via the Internet. The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and
digitally signed by President Bill Clinton, went into effect on October 1st, 2000, making digital
signatures as legally binding as traditional pen and ink signatures in all 50
states.
STL™ takes advantage of this law by giving the customer the ability to
digitally sign any kind of document that can be electronically stored on a personal computer.
The process of digitally signing a document was designed to create a legal track of consent,
intent, ceremony, and delivery. This ensures the process as a legally binding
transaction. |
