service that does not require hardware or software installation on a user's PC. Documents
of any type up to 2 Gigabytes in size can be sent to an unlimited number of users.
Secure Notification: Our Secure Trade System alerts recipients via
e-mail, cell phone, pager, instant messenger or PDA that an encrypted document is awaiting delivery on
the web server. The E-mail notice contains a hyperlink to the site which walks a new user
through an intuitive one-time registration process and allows registered members access to their
accounts instantly when returning to the site.
Secure Scan Delivery: STL™ includes software to turn your
desktop scanner into a secure fax machine. Fax material is scanned, encrypted, and uploaded
into the managed files area of the customer account. This gives the customer the ability to
send this scanned files to multiple recipients removing the need to make multiple fax calls.
